Roarin' 20's Players Club Membership Rules
- Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid photo identification is required to sign-up for the
Roarin' 20's Players Club, to receive replacement cards, and to redeem
points or certificates.
- All employees of MTR Gaming Group and its subsidiaries and household members are ineligible to participate
as a club member.
- MTR Gaming Group and its subsidiaries
will not be held responsible for lost or stolen cards.
- Only the account holder is authorized to redeem points for
merchandise and/or vouchers from any Roarin' 20's Players Club account.
- Comps, complimentary certificates or vouchers will not be
replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
- MTR Gaming Group and its subsidiaries
reserve the right to revoke or deny application for the Roarin'
20's Players Club if it is determined that the individual has not complied
with club rules.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their club
card is accepted in the card reader when inserted.
- It is against policy for a member to accrue points by distributing
their cards to other players. Privileges for club members will
be revoked.
- Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance
resulting from malfunction, operator error or any other reason
it deems valid.
- All disputes and subsequent decisions by management are final
and binding.
- Members may not combine points from separate accounts for
rewards.
- Rules of this club program may vary with specific promotions.
- Accounts with no play after 180 days will be deleted from
the Roarin' 20's Players Club and all points will be forfeited.
- Member's use of the Roarin' 20's Players Club indicates acceptance
of the conditions stated herein.
